What We Do

At WINEPAIRINGS we try and keep things easy and simple for you. When you contact us (via a telephone call or e-mail) we will obtain general information about your specific needs. If you purchase wine from us we can arrange for delivery service to most of the Colorado or shipping to other locations using local or national carriers. We accept cash, certified funds, money orders and most credit cards.

Special Events, Corporate Functions, Private Parties, Weddings, Birthdays

We are committed to making your wine procurement easy and your event memorable. We require the date, location and the expected number of guests, as well as your budget. We will help to determine the amount of wine that you may require and the scope of our involvement. We can accommodate most requests, from a simple delivery of a few selected cases of wine to numerous pairings for a multi course dinner. We can even arrange for a complete wine tasting event for a party. Please tell us what food you plan on serving, or refer us to your Event Coordinator, Chef, or Caterer. At that time you contact us we will also cover our billing policy and any other questions you may have. The next step will be for us to pre-match the right wine selections to the dishes served at your function. Our mission is to obtain unique and appealing choices of the highest quality that fit your budget. If you wish, an advanced tasting of suggested wines can be arranged at that point.

Wine Tastings, Dinners, Seminars & Wine Education

Want us to provide a selection of wines for your dinner party or arrange for a private wine tasting –no problem. We can keep it as simple as pre arrange for the selections and let you host your own event, all the way to arranging for wine servers/bartenders or someone to conduct an official wine tasting or a wine lecture. We have provided wine from events such as gallery openings to business lectures, private parties to conferences –just let us know what you have in mind.

Fund Raisers Charity Events

We have provided wines for sit down dinners up to 1100 people, wine for non profit charity balls and special packages for live & silent auctions. Give us a call and we will be happy to try and get you a special deal

We find them all the time –some make it to our newsletter if we get a chance to write about them before one of our client’s snaps it all up. If we know what you like, you may get a personal call or e-mail when something you may be interested in is available –contact us

Wine Consultations, Cellar Evaluations

Building one and need good advice? Or do you have one that’s full & you just lost track? We can inventory it for you and provide ratings and drinking recommendations.
